☀️ Google is sending AI chips into space
Google is taking Project Suncatcher into orbit, launching its Trillium AI chips next week to test whether future data centers could operate in space using near-constant solar power.

The Shift:
AI Chips Head to Orbit - Google’s Trillium TPUs will launch aboard SpaceX’s Transporter-18 mission with Planet, testing their ability to withstand radiation, vibration and extreme thermal conditions.
Space Offers More Solar - Satellites in the right orbit can receive 8x more solar energy than Earth-based systems, although removing heat is harder because cooling must rely on radiators.
Google Plans Satellite Clusters - If the technology works, Google envisions laser-connected satellites carrying dozens of TPUs each, beginning with a two-satellite experiment planned for 2027.
Orbital Compute Gets Crowded - Google is not alone. SpaceXAI, Blue Origin and Starcloud are also exploring orbital data centers, with SpaceXAI targeting a million-satellite compute network.
Project Suncatcher is testing whether some of AI’s enormous demand for compute and electricity could eventually move beyond Earth. The upcoming launch is still an early hardware test, with major challenges including cooling, radiation and building reliable high-speed connections between satellites.

💰How to sell your unused digital assets using ChatGPT
Domains you never built. Templates you made once. Designs sitting in Canva. ChatGPT prices them, writes the listings, posts them, and handles buyers on autopilot.

Step 1: Gather your digital inventory - List everything sellable, domains, Notion templates, Canva designs, Figma files, prompts, old courses, digital planners. Export a preview or screenshot of each one. These are your inventory photos.
Step 2: Open ChatGPT Work and upload previews - Switch to Work Mode, turn on web search, upload everything into one chat. Stay in this single chat throughout.
Step 3: Price every asset - "Go through every asset I uploaded. Use web search to check what similar ones are selling for right now on Gumroad, Etsy, Flippa, and PromptBase. Tell me what each is worth, who would buy it, and a realistic quick-sale price. Flag anything worth significantly more than it looks."
Step 4: Write the listings - "Write a complete ready-to-post listing for each asset on its best platform. Searchable title, full description covering what it does and who it is for, list price with negotiation room, and the floor I should never go below."
Step 5: Post and automate buyer replies - "Open your browser and post each listing to its best platform using what you just wrote. Then set up a daily task that checks my messages, answers questions, holds near list price, and brings serious buyers to me before anything is finalized."
Domains go on Flippa. Templates on Gumroad or Etsy. Canva designs on Creative Market. Prompts on PromptBase. ChatGPT picks the right platform per asset automatically.

🔁 Claude is now doing more of the work behind future AI models
Anthropic says Claude’s role in building its future AI systems has grown rapidly, with the model now able to complete significant parts of the company’s research and development workflow under human supervision.

The Shift:
Claude Leads 26% of R&D - Claude can complete most of 26% of Anthropic’s AI R&D tasks end-to-end from a high-level prompt, up from under 1% in February.
AI Touches Over 90% - More than 90% of R&D work reaches at least the “collaborates” level, where Claude handles large portions of tasks under close human direction. Full autonomy remains at zero.
30,000 Agents at Work - Anthropic says roughly 30,000 agents operate simultaneously on its main internal research platform. Every action is monitored, with about 1 in 47,000 blocked.
Safety Gets Part of Compute - Around 6% of Anthropic’s AI R&D compute went toward safety during the measured week, rising to 12% within AI-driven AI R&D.
Anthropic is trying to measure how quickly AI is becoming involved in building the next generation of AI while humans remain in control. The company plans to bring in independent third-party evaluators to verify safety practices, incidents, and metrics like these.
